Blood & Sand
The blood and sand is a mix of equal parts cherry brandy (the “blood”), whisky, sweet vermouth, and orange juice (the “sand”). Our special recipe has been substituted with mandarin juice.
3/4 ounce scotch
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce Mandarinello liquor
3/4 ounce Heering cherry liqueur
3/4 ounce mandarin juice, freshly squeezed
Garnish: orange peel
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the scotch, sweet vermouth, mandarinello, cherry liqueur and orange juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange peel.
